To register for an account on this site

Look in the upper right-hand corner of this webpage, and follow the prompts. Leave the "Unit" slot blank. We will verify that you are a current owner or renter and send you an email notification as soon as possible. If you are a renter, the owner of your unit needs to submit a signed Tenant Information Form to our CMS property manager.

The website sends out a What's Happening weekly notification email. If you are registered on the site but are not seeing these emails, your email processing software either puts them in its Update tab or sends them to your Spam folder. If your find it in your Update tab, drag it to your Primary tab. If you find it in your Spam folder, tell your email processor it's not Spam. Or, add Saratoga Oaks HOA in your Contacts (address book) as a Company, and give it this email address: [email protected] .
